STAGE DE DROIT

Responsibilities

  • The intern will work under the supervision of experienced staff and will:
  • Assist in research, analysis, and due diligence regarding standard legal and compliance questions and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents (contract, agreement, leasing, etc.).
  • Assist the attorney in the conference with clients.
  • Prepare for and attend trials (court filing, motion practice, assist attorney in the courtroom by taking notes, organize exhibits etc).
  • Perform general administrative duties associated with daily chamber activities.
  • Attend chamber weekly meeting and team events.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

STAGE EN MARKETING

The intern will assist and work under the supervision of experienced staff and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify target audiences and implement marketingstrategies by effective planning to achieve targeted business volumes.

  • Develop new markets

  • Ensures that strategies include marketsegmentation definition and analysis competitive analysis as well as channel strategy.

  • Involvement in pricing for international tendering

  • Analyzing competitions pricing strategies

  • Increase product awareness and brand visibility

MICRO FINANCE

The intern will work under the supervision of experienced staff and will:

  • Support the company and its partners to operationalize pilots or scale up of new products through assistance on partnership development and improvement of marketing strategies,
  • Be involved in managing day-to-day operations,
  • Help in developing new product lines,
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of loan products performance,
  • Assist in financial modeling and analysis to evaluate opportunities and transaction scenarios and present/discuss conclusions,
  • Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, including accounting, business, legal, and regulatory due diligence,
  • Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to help prepare transaction screening and approval memos.
