SALES MANAGER – BURKINA FASO
Description of the position :
- Drive profitable growth in all business units / markets
- Increase market shares, visibility and sales of Schneider Electric products and services
- Develop business through distribution, panel builder and contractor’s channels
- Nurture relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships
- Identify key products and technical solutions for customers.
- Coordinate commercial, marketing action plan, technical assistance, sales and commissionning in the following industries: Food & Beverage, Mining, Cement, Oil & Gas, Building, etc.
- Represent Schneider Electric in local events as well as legal authorities
- Work with line business managers to promote Schneider Electric products and services
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ POUR LE POSTE : SALES MANAGER – 004NWS – BURKINA FASORequirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in electricity, electrical engineering, electromechanics
- MBA is an asset
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good knowledge of the business environment in Burkina Faso
- Good experience in channel sales development
- Good knowledge of the Schneider Electric portfolio or competitors.
- Good knowledge of electrical distribution products / solutions (regulated networks, building, industry, etc.)
- Standard practice of English and French.
- Leadership and collaborative skills, analytical and methodical mind
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Result oriented
- Computer skills : Office, SAP, Sales Force, Social media
